Old Friends

I had an old friend call me late last night. We haven't talked for around 2 years. It was wonderful. There are those friends that no matter when you meet up again, you can talk and laugh for hours. It was so awesome hearing her voice, catching up on her life, and making plans to get together sometime soon. She's one that I love to hear laugh, and it was so good to hear it. I couldn't believe what a high it put me on afterwards. Later Beau made the comment, "man maybe I need to have Beth call more often". I couldn't wipe the smile off my face it was so good to talk to her. There's nothing like another good woman friend, one who thinks and feels the same. It's so refreshing. I am so grateful for friends like that.
